Tuesday has rolled around again. Join us for our weekly practice!

Come check out our Gratitude Party! You’ve never heard of a gratitude party? Well, that could have something to do with me just recently coming up with the idea 🙂

I’ll be set up at Fair Trade Café (Roosevelt Location) on March 4th starting at 10:30am. I’ll have a number of thank you cards and will be encouraging people to take a moment to write one up to someone in their lives. Expressing gratitude is proven to improve your happiness and a number of other great things.

Stop by,  say hello, write a card, and change the world one step at a time!
